All VIP sessions now take place before the show.

  VIP attendees must arrive 2 hours before showtime to take part in the group photo and selfie session.

  This is the only guaranteed time for photos with the cast.
  
• 
  After-show photos are not guaranteed and may be offered only as a bonus if time allows.

• If a show is rescheduled, you may request a refund up until the original scheduled date of the event.
