Video Release Information

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name in any format or medium now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Tonight’s Conversation and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, social media, news, advertising, and promotional materials.

By entering the event premises and/or voluntarily participating in audience engagement (including but not limited to submitting questions or speaking on microphone), you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement, or any claim arising from personal, professional, or reputational impact, or for any fees for use of such recorded media.

You acknowledge and agree that once recorded media is published or distributed, removal may not be possible and will not be required due to post-event regret, personal circumstances, or third-party reaction.

You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. All content decisions, including selection, editing, publication, and retention, are made at the sole editorial discretion of Tonight’s Conversation.

If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises or participate in audience engagement.
