To maintain the quality and flow of the event:

• 
  All placements are subject to venue rules and safety guidelines

Approval Process & Refund Policy

Vendor and sponsor placements are curated to ensure alignment with the Tonight’s Conversation audience and overall event experience.

Product Approval

• 
  After purchase, vendors must submit a list and/or images of products or services for review.
  
• 
  Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Tonight’s Conversation.
  

If Certain Products Are Not Approved

If specific products do not align with the event guidelines:

• 
  Those individual products may be denied.
  
• 
  Vendors may substitute alternative approved products.
  
• 
  Refunds will not be issued solely because certain items were not approved.
  

(Translation: You can still vend — just not those items.)

If an Entire Brand Is Not Approved

If, upon review, we determine that a vendor or sponsor as a whole is not a fit for the event:

• 
  Tonight’s Conversation reserves the right to decline participation.
  
• 
  In such cases, the vendor or sponsor will receive a full refund.
  

No Refunds For:

• 
  Failure to submit products for approval.
  
• 
  Choosing not to participate after approval.
  
• 
  Violations of event guidelines during the show.
  
• 
  Disapproved individual items when alternative products can be approved.
  

Do vendor tables include event tickets?

No. Vendor tables do not include tickets or seating.

Can I choose my city?

Yes. City/date selection is made at checkout, subject to availability.

Can multiple brands share one table?

No. One brand per table.

When is setup and breakdown?

Detailed load-in and breakdown instructions will be sent after approval.

Are tables included with artist contracts?

No. Vendor tables are a separate, paid placement.
