All VIP sessions now take place before the show.

  VIP attendees must arrive 2 hours before showtime to take part in the group photo and selfie session.

  This is the only guaranteed time for photos with the cast.

  After-show photos are not guaranteed and may be offered only as a bonus if time allows.

• VIP and merchandise perks are non-transferable and may change due to availability.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for different dates or times.
• Please ensure you have access to your tickets via mobile or email on the day of the event. A printed copy is not required.
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, and admission will be denied without a valid ticket.
• For accessibility accommodations, please contact customer service 48 hours in advance.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless a show is officially cancelled or rescheduled.

• If a show is rescheduled, you may request a refund up until the original scheduled date of the event.
• No refund requests will be honored after that date.
