🚨 CHECK THE SHOWTIME ON YOUR TICKET
Your ticket is valid only for the showtime printed on it unless you submit the approved 8 PM-to-4 PM transfer request below. A 4 PM ticket cannot be used at 8 PM, and an 8 PM ticket cannot be used at 4 PM without the transfer request.

Arie Crown Theater — Lakeside Center at McCormick Place
2301 S. Jean Baptiste Point DuSable Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60616
🚗 BEST WAY TO REACH THE ARIE CROWN THEATER
Do not navigate only to the general 301 E. Cermak Road address. The theater is inside McCormick Place’s Lakeside Center.
Driving to the theater: Use 2301 S. DuSable Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60616.
Best on-site parking: Lot C, beside Lakeside Center. For GPS, use 2227 Fort Dearborn Drive, Chicago, IL 60616.
Rideshare: Use Gate 38 for pickup and drop-off.
Inside: The Arie Crown Theater is on Level 2 of Lakeside Center. If you enter through McCormick Place’s South Building or arrive by CTA at MLK Drive & 23rd Street, go to Level 3, cross the covered skybridge over Lake Shore Drive into Lakeside Center, then continue to Level 2.
Allow extra time for parking, walking through the convention center, security, check-in, and finding your seat.
🔄 8 PM TICKET HOLDERS: WANT THE 4 PM SHOW?
Choose a smaller crowd, a more intimate experience, and an earlier showtime. It is also a great way to beat the larger Sunday-evening crowd.

Once you send the transfer request, it is automatically approved. Do not wait for a confirmation. Attend the 4 PM show and bring proof that you sent the request along with your original ticket. Do not purchase another ticket.
🕓 4:00 PM SHOW
2:00 PM — Ticket-holder volunteer crew
2:30 PM — VIP guests arrive
2:30 PM — Arrive for a chance to ask the panel a question
3:00 PM SHARP — VIP experiences, VIP Uncut, group-picture and selfie sessions begin
3:00 PM — General Admission arrives
4:00 PM SHARP — Live recording begins
VIP and photo-experience guests must be seated by 3:00 PM to participate. There will be no VIP or photo session after the 4:00 PM show.
🕗 8:00 PM SHOW
5:45 PM — VIP guests arrive
6:00 PM — Arrive for a chance to ask the panel a question
6:00 PM — General Admission arrives
7:00 PM SHARP — VIP Uncut backstage session and Club TC begin
7:30 PM — All attendees should be seated
8:00 PM SHARP — Live recording begins
Immediately after — Group-picture and selfie sessions
VIP Uncut and photo-experience guests must be on time. Missed sessions cannot be repeated after the experience begins.
🚨 General Admission Seating & Upgrades
General Admission seating is first come, first served. Seats cannot be held for guests who have not arrived.
General Admission guests must be checked in and in the GA line by their showtime sharp. Guests who arrive after that time are subject to standing room only. Seating is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued because of late arrival or unavailable seating.
Upgrade before the event
We strongly suggest upgrading—especially if you want premium seating, want a selfie with the cast, or know you may arrive later than the recommended time.

Approved volunteers must arrive at the listed volunteer time and complete their entire assigned role. Ticket holders who complete their assignment may be eligible to have one qualifying admission ticket refunded.
