This complimentary Ticket Holder Volunteer Crew Pass gives eligible ticket holders the opportunity to assist our team on show day and earn a refund of one eligible admission ticket after successfully completing their assigned volunteer responsibilities.

There is no additional charge for this pass because you must already have a valid ticket for the selected event.

Volunteer positions are limited and available only to confirmed Tonight’s Conversation ticket holders.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Select the city and event date that match your original ticket.
2. Reserve one complimentary Ticket Holder Volunteer Crew Pass.
3. Provide the original order number and email address used to purchase your ticket.
4. Complete the required volunteer form, waiver, and onboarding steps by the communicated deadline.
5. Join the designated volunteer communication group for assignments and show-day updates.
6. Arrive at the required call time wearing all black and comfortable shoes.
7. Complete your full assigned volunteer shift and remain until officially released by the event supervisor.
8. After successful completion has been verified, the eligible portion of one ticket from your original order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are initiated after the event. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

VOLUNTEER PERKS

After successfully completing your assigned responsibilities, you will receive:

• A refund of one eligible admission ticket from your original order
• Access to enjoy the show when released or when your assignment permits
• One Volunteer Crew Selfie Session with available cast members after the show
• A Tonight’s Conversation volunteer credential
• Priority consideration for future volunteer opportunities

POSSIBLE VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENTS

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and directing guests
• Assisting with lines and crowd flow
• Seating and usher support
• Guest check-in assistance
• Merchandise or information-table support
• Distributing promotional materials
• Signage and general event support
• Other light responsibilities based on show-day needs

Assignments are determined by the needs of each event and may be adjusted on show day.

VOLUNTEER CREW SELFIE SESSION

The Volunteer Crew Selfie Session takes place after the volunteer has completed the full assignment and has been released by the event supervisor.

Paid Selfie Access and Photo Access guests will be accommodated before the Volunteer Crew Selfie Session.

The session includes one quick selfie with available cast members. It does not include backstage access, professional photography, videos, autographs, individual photographs with every cast member, or guaranteed access to any specific cast member.

IMPORTANT: THIS PASS IS NOT AN ADMISSION TICKET

You must retain and present your original Tonight’s Conversation event ticket for admission.

This complimentary Volunteer Crew Pass:

• Does not replace your original ticket
• Does not provide an additional seat
• Cannot be used by another person
• Cannot be transferred to another city or event
• Does not provide VIP, Photo Access, or backstage privileges
• Is valid only after your original ticket purchase has been verified

Purchasing or reserving this pass does not guarantee a specific volunteer assignment, seating location, or uninterrupted viewing of the entire show.

Some volunteer responsibilities may take place before, during, or after portions of the program. Volunteers should expect to arrive several hours before showtime and remain until released.

TICKET REFUND ELIGIBILITY

One eligible ticket may be refunded for each person who successfully completes an approved volunteer assignment.

To qualify:

• Your volunteer name must match the attendee using the eligible ticket
• Your city and event date must match your original ticket
• The original order number and purchasing email must be verified
• Your original ticket must not have already been refunded, transferred, disputed, or resold
• You must complete all onboarding requirements
• You must arrive on time and complete the full assigned shift

When an order contains multiple tickets, only the ticket assigned to the approved volunteer will be eligible for a refund.

The refund applies only to the eligible admission amount. Merchandise, donations, Photo Access, additional upgrades, processing charges, and other add-ons are not included.

YOUR TICKET WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU:

• Do not attend the volunteer shift
• Arrive after the required volunteer check-in time
• Fail to complete the required form, waiver, or onboarding
• Refuse or abandon your assigned responsibility
• Leave before being released by the event supervisor
• Fail to complete your full assigned shift
• Violate volunteer, venue, or event policies
• Submit inaccurate or unverifiable original order information

If you do not complete the volunteer commitment, your original event ticket will remain valid under its normal terms, but you will not receive a refund or participate in the Volunteer Crew Selfie Session.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Limit one Ticket Holder Volunteer Crew Pass per person
• One eligible ticket refund per completed volunteer
• The purchaser or designated attendee must be the person volunteering
• Passes are nontransferable
• Volunteer positions are limited and may become unavailable
• Volunteer credentials do not provide backstage access
• Reserving multiple passes or using duplicate information may result in cancellation
• All volunteer assignments and ticket refunds are subject to verification
