⏰ When Should You Arrive?
🛠️ 4:00 PM — Ticket-holder volunteer crew
🎤 5:15 PM — VIP guests and anyone who wants a chance to ask the panel a question
🎟️ 5:30 PM — General Admission guests
♣️ 6:30 PM — Club TC begins
⭐ 7:00 PM — VIP Uncut backstage experience
🪑 7:30 PM — Everyone should be seated
🎬 8:00 PM SHARP — Live recording begins
📸 Immediately after the show — Group-picture and selfie sessions
Arrive by 5:15 PM to submit a question for the panel. Submitting a question does not guarantee it will be selected.
Please arrive early. Allow extra time for parking, venue entry, check-in, security, and finding your seat.
🚨 General Admission Seating & Upgrades
YOU MUST BE INSIDE THE VENUE AND SEATED BY 7:30 PM.
Being in the parking garage, walking through the venue, checking in, or standing in line at 7:30 PM does not count as being seated.
General Admission guests who are not seated by 7:30 PM may be assigned standing-room-only or obstructed-view placement. Original seating access is not guaranteed after 7:30 PM, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued because of late arrival, standing-room placement, or an obstructed view.
🔥 MORE THAN 3,000 GUESTS ARE EXPECTED
General Admission seating is first come, first served. For a better view, premium seating, a more comfortable arrival experience, or if you already know you may arrive later than recommended, we strongly—strongly—suggest upgrading to VIP before the event.
Do not wait until you reach the venue and assume an upgrade will still be available. With this crowd, the best available seating and upgrade inventory may go quickly.
If you upgrade to VIP, plan to arrive by 5:15 PM.

Ticket-holder volunteers must be able to arrive by 4:00 PM and complete their entire assigned shift and responsibilities. Volunteers who successfully complete their assignments may be eligible to have their ticket refunded.
