To protect the guest experience and keep each event organized, all vendors must follow the guidelines below.
All businesses, products, and services must be approved by AMP before the event.
Only approved products or services may be sold or promoted.
One business per vendor table unless otherwise approved.
No food or beverage sales unless specifically approved in advance and permitted by the venue.
No medical procedures, treatments, or services may be performed on-site.
No loud speakers, amplified demonstrations, or disruptive activations that interfere with the event experience.
Displays, banners, and merchandise may not block aisles, exits, neighboring vendors, or guest traffic.
Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, staffing, payment processing, sales tax, and customer transactions.
Vendor credentials do not include backstage access.
Use of Tonight’s Conversation, Ace Metaphor, cast names, logos, artwork, or “official” event language is prohibited unless specifically approved in writing.
Vendor placement is assigned by AMP and may be adjusted based on venue layout, safety, traffic flow, or operational needs.
Venue-specific rules, union requirements, security policies, and local regulations may also apply.
Vendors must arrive during their assigned setup window and follow all check-in, breakdown, and departure instructions.
Products or displays that are unsafe, inappropriate for the audience, misleading, or inconsistent with the Tonight’s Conversation brand may be declined.
Failure to follow vendor guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
After you reserve your vendor space, our team will contact you by email within 24–48 hours with the information needed to review your business and the products or services you plan to offer.
How Approval Works
Reserve your vendor space
Select your city and vendor tier and complete checkout.
Submit your business and product information
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive an email requesting details about your business, website/social media, and the specific products or services you plan to sell or promote.
AMP reviews your submission
Once all requested information has been received, please allow up to 7 days for approval.
Receive your decision by email
You’ll receive written confirmation letting you know whether your business has been approved, denied, or whether additional information is needed.
Important Approval Terms
Purchasing a vendor space does not guarantee final approval.
Approval applies only to the business, products, services, displays, and promotional materials submitted to AMP for review.
Vendors may not add, substitute, or materially change products or services after approval without receiving additional approval from AMP.
AMP reserves the right to request photos, samples, links, ingredient/product information, licenses, permits, insurance documentation, or other information needed to evaluate a vendor.
Approval may be denied or limited based on product category, event fit, safety concerns, venue restrictions, space availability, duplication of similar vendors, or overall event needs. Event organizers commonly reserve discretion to curate vendor mix and approve products in advance.
If AMP declines your business entirely, the applicable vendor payment will be refunded.
If your business is approved but certain products or services are declined, you may participate only with the items specifically approved. Approval of the business does not automatically approve every item the business sells.
Vendor approval is not transferable to another business, person, brand, or event date without written approval.
Vendors may not share, sublease, or transfer their vendor space without AMP’s prior written approval, a restriction also commonly used by event organizers.
On-Site Verification
AMP reserves the right to inspect vendor products, displays, signage, and activities at the event.
If a vendor arrives with:
products or services that were not submitted or approved
merchandise materially different from what was presented during review
unauthorized businesses or brands sharing the space
prohibited or unsafe items
misleading or unapproved signage
displays or activities that violate venue or AMP policies
AMP may require the vendor to remove the item, discontinue the activity, modify the display, or leave the event, as appropriate.
Prior online approval does not waive AMP’s right to enforce its vendor standards on-site. Other curated event operators likewise require products to remain consistent with what was approved and require changes to be disclosed before the event.
Please submit complete and accurate information during the approval process. Any material misrepresentation or omission may result in the withdrawal of vendor approval.
